Application Procedure
- FITI Testing & Research Institute accepts test submissions via in-person visits, E-mail, or courier services.
- Test submissions follow the procedure outlined below. For any inquiries, please contact the institute.

Submission
- Please submit a copy of your business registration certificate, the completed test application form, and any samples, either in person or by courier. If the application form and samples are sent separately, please include a note indicating this. A confirmation email will be sent once your submission is received.

Fee Payment
- Payment Methods: Cash, Card, or Bank Transfer.
Please note that test reports will be released only after full payment is received.

Testing
- The test will be transferred to the department in charge and conducted.

Test Report Issuance
- Once testing is complete, results will be emailed to you, and the original test report will be delivered via your selected method (e.g., in-person pickup, mail, courier).
For instance, the results are emailed on the report issuance day. The original report is then sent by registered mail on the next business day.
- You may also verify the authenticity of issued test reports via our verification system.
