FITI Testing & Research Institute is undertaking research projects via testing services and technical consulting on various materials used in civil and constructions fields. As a designated quality management agency (Special category – textiles and steels) by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, we are carrying out a series of tests on various materials used in civil and constructions sites. FITI Testing & Research Institute successfully planned to design the standard for geo-membrane that prevents leakage of leachate from waste landfill sites, and developed drain performance evaluation methods on plastic PDB (Percutaneous Biliary Drainage) used in soft ground improvements; thus, suggesting the most appropriate test methods to such construction sites. In addition, we are performing evaluations on quality characteristic and credibility on geo-textile (mats) and geo-grid used in reinforced soil retaining wall constructions.
